Ingredients

1 9in pie crust
For the filling:

½ cup butter (melted)

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

½ cup Marsh Hen Mill rice flour

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

2 tbsp Kentucky bourbon (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the crust (store-bought or your own recipe!)

Chill 30 minutes, then roll out and place in pie dish
2. Make the filling

Whisk melted butter and sugar
-
Add eggs and vanilla
-
Stir in flour
-
Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, and bourbon
3. Bake
-
Pour filling into crust
-
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–45 minutes
-
Center should be set but slightly gooey
