Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Marsh Hen Mill Freekeh
- 3-4 cups of water or broth
Directions:
- Combine the freekeh and water (or broth) in a large pot. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Drain the excess moisture from the pot, and then fluff with a fork.
